Step-by-step UAT workflow.

Process​

1. Access Form​

Internal: /uat-form → select project External: Use /public/uat/project-name link

2. Fill Details​

  • Name, position, email, phone
  • Test date auto-filled

3. Test Scenarios​

  • Review business scenarios (auto-loaded from SRS)
  • Test each feature
  • Mark Pass/Fail
  • Add comments

4. Submit​

  • Add overall comments
  • Submit results
  • Auto-saved to GitHub

Best Practices​

  • Test realistic scenarios
  • Document issues clearly
  • Test both happy path and edge cases
  • Contact team for questions
